At Cakeen, we want shipping to be clear and straightforward. This Shipping Policy explains where we currently ship, the shipping options available by destination, estimated delivery times, applicable shipping charges, and other important information about receiving your order.

Shipping options and rates available for your order will also be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.

Where We Ship

Cakeen currently ships to selected destinations across the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.

Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and rates vary by destination.

United States Shipping

For customers in the United States, the following shipping options are available:

Orders of $75 or more qualify for US Free Shipping.

Customers who prefer faster delivery may select an available paid shipping option at checkout.

Canada Shipping

For customers in Canada, the following options are available:

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping to Canada.

Europe Shipping

Cakeen ships to selected European destinations.

The following shipping options apply to eligible European destinations:

Orders of $150 or more qualify for Standard Free Shipping where available.

Our currently supported European shipping destinations include the countries enabled at checkout, including destinations such as Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, France, Norway, Spain, and the United Kingdom, among other supported European countries.

The shipping options displayed at checkout will confirm whether your specific destination is currently eligible.

Asia Shipping

Cakeen currently ships to selected destinations in Asia, including Israel, Georgia, Türkiye, and other destinations currently enabled at checkout.

Available shipping options are:

Free shipping is not currently offered for these destinations unless specifically displayed at checkout as part of a promotion or updated shipping offer.

Australia Shipping

For customers in Australia, the following shipping options are available:

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping to Australia.

New Zealand Shipping

For customers in New Zealand, the following shipping options are available:

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping to New Zealand.

Delivery Estimates

The delivery times shown above are the estimated delivery windows associated with the shipping methods currently offered by Cakeen.

Business days generally exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

We work with our suppliers, fulfillment partners, and shipping carriers to have orders delivered within the estimated timeframe shown for the selected shipping method.

However, delivery estimates are not an absolute guarantee. In uncommon circumstances, delivery may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, transportation delays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other unforeseen events.

Order Processing

Orders may require processing and preparation before they are handed to the applicable shipping carrier.

Where processing time applies separately from the delivery estimate displayed at checkout, customers should consider both processing and transit time when estimating the overall arrival of an order.

Once your order has shipped, available tracking information will be provided where applicable.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information becomes available, customers may receive a shipping confirmation containing their tracking details.

You can also use Cakeen's Order Tracking page to check available shipment information.

Please allow some time after receiving a tracking number for the carrier's tracking system to display the latest movement.

Shipping Rates at Checkout

Shipping rates are calculated according to factors including your destination, selected shipping method, and order value.

The shipping methods available for your specific order will be displayed during checkout.

If there is a discrepancy caused by an obvious technical or configuration error, please contact Cakeen Support before completing your purchase where possible.

Free Shipping

Cakeen currently offers order-value-based free shipping as follows:

• United States: Free shipping on orders $75+ — estimated 7–10 business days.
• Canada: Free shipping on orders $100+ — estimated 10–14 business days.
• Europe: Free Standard Shipping on orders $150+ — estimated 9–10 business days.
• Australia: Free shipping on orders $100+ — estimated 10–15 business days.
• New Zealand: Free shipping on orders $100+ — estimated 10–15 business days.

Selected Asian destinations currently do not have a standard free-shipping threshold.

Eligibility is determined by the qualifying order value and destination shown at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country or relevant authorities.

Unless Cakeen or checkout specifically states that such charges are included, customers may be responsible for applicable import-related charges imposed after the order enters the destination country.

Customs processing can also occasionally affect delivery times.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please carefully check your:

Name, street address, apartment/unit number, city, state/province, postal code, country, phone number, and other required delivery information before submitting your order.

If you notice an address error after ordering, contact support@cakeen.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, first review your tracking information for carrier updates.

If the tracking information does not provide a useful explanation or your shipment appears unusually delayed, contact Cakeen Support and provide your order number.

We will review the available shipment information and assist where reasonably possible.

Lost, Damaged, or Delivery Issues

If an order arrives damaged, appears to be lost in transit, or you experience another delivery-related problem, please contact us promptly at support@cakeen.com with your order number and relevant details.

For damaged shipments, photographs of the package and product may be requested to help us review the issue with the appropriate fulfillment or shipping provider.

Resolution may depend on the circumstances of the shipment and applicable Cakeen policies.

Changes to Shipping Options

Cakeen may update shipping destinations, methods, rates, free-shipping thresholds, or estimated delivery windows as our fulfillment network and shipping arrangements change.

The shipping options and charges presented at checkout for your order will reflect the options currently available for that destination.

Material changes to this Shipping Policy may also be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date.
