How do I track my order?
When tracking is available, shipment details will be provided after your order has been dispatched. Tracking activity may take some time to appear after a carrier receives the shipment.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery timing depends on the product, destination, processing time and carrier. Any available delivery estimate should be treated as an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact Cakeen Support as soon as possible if you need to request an address change. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
